As Salaam Alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatahu, 

Narrated 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "Do not wish to be like anyone, except in two cases: (1) A man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously. (2) A man whom Allah has given wisdom (knowledge of the quran and the Hadith) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others."(Bukhari). "One who recited Quran will appear with Quran on the Day of Judgment, and Quran will say to Allah: let him be dressed properly and he will receive a crown of honor . Quran will then ask Allah to be pleased with him and Allah shall bestow His pleasure upon him. The man will be told to recite Quran and to rise in ranks and for each verse a virtue shall be granted (Trimizi, Ibne Majah, Khazimah & Hakim).

Our success in this life and hereafter lies entirely in obeying the commands of Allah(swt) shown by our Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is our duty as a Muslim Community to follow Quran and Hadith. Therefore, we must learn Quran and teach it to our children. Our organization runs solely on donations.
